Marta Stojić Mitrović is an ethnologist and anthropologist. She received a MPhil degree in anthropology at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and a PhD in ethnology and anthropology at the Faculty of Philosophy, Belgrade, Serbia. She has been working at the Institute of Ethnography SASA since 2007, where she researches discourses and practices related to migration, citizenship, human rights and discrimination in Serbian, regional, and EU contexts.
