Anna Pixer has a Master’s degree in Economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and completed one semester at Aarhus University with a focus on Environmental Economics. In her bachelor’s degree, she studied environmental and bioresource management, which is one of the reasons for her strong interest in environmental & climate policy. During her time at WU, however, she also developed a passion for political economy, distributional economics and gender (in)equality. She is currently a consultant for environmental and climate economics at the City of Vienna’s Department of Economics, Labour and Statistics.
