Alexandre Costa Barbosa

Member of MTST (Homeless Workers’ Movement) and PSOL (Socialism and Liberty Party) Independent Digital Policy Researcher and Advisor, worked for the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee – CGI.br, the Institute for Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro (ITS) and was a fellow at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society.
