transform! Italia is a project and not a single institution. It is a network in formation and still growing, which includes several associations, institutes, NGOs, magazines, publishers and research groups operating within the critical and alternative Left in Italy.
The entities participating in the network do not lose their independent identity; rather they establish certain requirements and shared analyses. On this basis they develop common initiatives and research programmes. All participants recognise as the fundamental point of orientation of their research the development of the peace and global-justice movements and construction of a new European alternative Left. The project remains open to further developments and participants.
