The European Left, Bloco de Esquerda and transform europe co-organise the 4th edition of the « ¡NO PASARAN! Defeating the Far Right, Building the Alternative » international conference in Lisbon, from the 19th to the 21st of April.

The context for this conference is the 50th anniversary of the Portuguese revolution. The political significance of the revolution and its victories provides the political backdrop for our conference. We aim to analyse, educate and organise against the continuing rise of the far right internationally and its evolving ideology and practice, bringing together experts and activists for maximum impact.
Venue & Registration:
The main venue for the conference on Saturday 20 April 2024 is ISCTE – INSTITUTO UNIVERSITÁRIO DE LISBOA (Av. das Forças Armadas, 1649-026 Lisbon, Portugal).
The opening of the conference takes place on Friday 19 April at 9pm at the beautiful Casa do Alentejo (R. das Portas de Santo Antão 58, 1150-268 Lisbon).
