Migration: Responsibilities and Solidarity

Webinar by Dialop & transform! europe

This webinar co-organised by DIALOP and transform! aims to untangle the causes leading to migration and identify solutions behind responsibilities by focussing on three dimensions: the EU approach, the climate change issue, and irregular migration and its effects. It gives the floor to scholars and to activists who saved lives along the different escape routes.

Migration is a complex phenomenon. The causes are intertwined and the effects are difficult to define. The goal of the webinar is to untangle the web of causes, trying to recognize solutions. We focus on three issues: EU approach, climate change, irregular migration and its effects. Along with scholars, activists who have saved lives along the different escape routes will report on their actions.
