To mark the first centenary of the death of Vladimir I. U. Lenin (1924-2024), the International Lenin Conference will take place in Barcelona on 26, 27 and 28 June 2024.
Entitled ‘100 Years after Lenin: Self-Determination, Technology and Power’, the conference aims to look at Lenin’s writings through a contemporary lens and provide a critical and up-to-date assessment of his legacy and contributions.
The conference is organised by Department of Philosophy of the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) in co-operation with transform! europe, SCF, Fundación de Investigaciones Marxistas, Fundació Neus Català, Fundación Terra e Tempo, Iratzar Fundazioa, Centre d’Estudis Unitat Popular, Centre de Cultura, and Documentació dels Països Catalans.
